Easdale Eases It at Mirror Trophy
Roderick Easdale landed the coveted Mirror Trophy, scoring an impressive 35 points on a blustery day at the East Berkshire Golf Club.
The 25 handicapper brushed aside Colin Hancock and new member Joe Hawkins, who both scored 33 points in Division 2, at the PGS’ spring meeting.
Division 1 was won by big hitting Nick Cherrie – 32 points with John Jones second on 31 points.
It was a second move in two years for the Mirror Trophy, but, with East Berks proving popular with PGS members, it looks like has found a new, long-term home.
